Super manicure, quick, meticulous and excellent rate. Definitely coming back.

This is a random salon that I came up to when I was looking to get my eyebrows done. Very polite and quite cheap

I wish I could give -ve stars. I was in Vienna as a tourist and needed a hair cut. I am quite sure I got racially profiled. I am a non white guy and was in a tank top. I asked if I could get a hair cut and the person in there mentioned not today. This happened on 11th July 2017. I am a high earning individual who incidentally isn't white. I am bit disappointed with Vienna though. I was refused hair cut at 2 out of the 3 places I went including this one. The other one was Afterwork haircut.

Just had a Lash lift and Tint procedure. I am very happy with the results! Thank you Jelena! Totally recommend it! Sandy:)

Clean place with properly trained personnel. The best treatment I have had here is the massage. Both the masseuses working here are knowledgeable and very capable of doing their job.

The first time I went in this saloon (last summer) I took an appointment for a manicure and a pedicure. The woman who answers the phone apparently forgot to note the manicure, so after the pedicure the woman who took care of me was upset and looked like she made me a huge favor to make a manicure too. She made it fast because there was the next client waiting...and she accidentally cut one finger of mine. But never mind..I thought that these things can happen and I decided that I would have given them a second chance. The second time (yesterday) I was handled by a girl, who I believe (and hope) was an intern, and I am an intern myself (in another field), so I know what it means learning a job and don’t excel yet. I seriously don’t know how to describe what happened to my fingers and nails. In the attempt of removing my cuticles, she cut 5 fingers (out of 10). One of these was bleeding so much, I had to put a band-aid on it. The cuticles haven’t been completely removed, but they looked like eaten by mice, jagged. The nails have been shaped too much (till the pink part) and they showed an irregular shape, again: jagged. The nails have been shortly polished, so they are barely shiny, but this is the minor problem. I entered the saloon with normal female hands and nails, and got out with the hands “of a boy” who eats his fingernails. IT WAS SO BAD IT COULD HAVE BEEN AN APRIL FOOL. Another woman made me then the pedicure and she was experienced and professional. She apologised and she tried to fix the disaster on my hands, but of course she couldn’t make the manicure from the beginning, so she simply shaped my jagged nails. (pictures were taken about 24 hours later)

fancy place but unpleasant experience Booked a pedicure and nail polish there, I had imaged the comfortable process of feet and enough massage and softening the hard skin; but unfortunately the the beauty assistant there only focused on polishing and cutting. Caution about the nail polish color there, because I happened to got the dead barbie pink?? the color was terrible and I plan to remove it as soon as i got home. And my left foot was hurt by the treatment??‍♀️ one of the cutting was even bleeding. No need to say, the skill was super unprofessional. Massage? Seemed like they forgot it totally, I bet it wasn’t longer than 5 seconds. So, when u have €50 budget, I’m pretty sure u have more options ? good luck ??
