The mirror cabinet is very well worked out and corresponds exactly to the photo and description. Delivery and assembly were problem-free.
L	LARISSA Harth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der eine Stern ist noch zu viel!!!! Rundum schlechteste Erfahrung EVER!!! Meine Mutter hat 2 Stühle bestellt wovon einer schon mal beschädigt ankam! Sie hat den Schaden fotografiert und sofort mit Fotos gemeldet und mitgeteilt, dass sie nun beide Stühle zurück schicken will (was bringt ihr ein Stuhl wenn der andere kaputt ist) ! seitdem ärgert sie sich seit 2 Monaten herum, da die Stühle einfach nicht retourniert werden können weil Home 36 den Auftrag nicht erteilt! Kundenservice ist zudem sehr unfreundlich und verweist ständig darauf eine Mail zu schreiben! Dies hat sie aber schon zig mal gemacht ! Trotzdem wird die Spedition für die Abholung der Stühle nicht beauftragt! Nun hat sie unbrauchbare Stühle -Geld weck- Versandkosten bezahlt und keiner kümmert sich! Geht morgen weiter an den Konsumentenschutz! Wer sich diesen riesengroßen Ärger ersparen will - bestellt besser wo anders! Kann es so schwer sein 2 Stühle abzuholen so wie es auch vereinbartwurde MEHRFACH! Geht bei jedem anderen Versandhaus nur hier scheint es ein großes Problem zu sein wenn der Käufer etwas mangelhaftes zurück geben will!!! Nie wieder!! She photographed the damage and immediately reported it with photos, stating that she now wants to send both chairs back (what good is one chair if the other is broken)! since then she has been annoyed for 2 months because the chairs simply cannot be returned because Home 36 does not place the order! Customer service is also very unfriendly and constantly advises you to write an email! But she has already done this umpteen times! Nevertheless, the shipping company is not commissioned to collect the chairs! Now she has paid for unusable chairs - money wake up - shipping costs and nobody cares! Will continue to deal with consumer protection tomorrow! If you want to save yourself this huge hassle - you better order somewhere else! It can be so difficult to pick up 2 chairs as it was agreed MULTIPLE! Nach 2 Wochen wurde die Bestellung dann aus dem Nichts von Home 36 GmbH storniert. Despite the order confirmation, the goods were never dispatched and no information was received for weeks. After 2 weeks, the order was canceled out of nowhere by Home 36 GmbH.

Nach erhaltener Aufforderung Artikel umgehend abgeholt aber dann war auf einmal der Artikel doch nicht geliefert, also 3h für unsonst nach Wr Neustadt gefahren. Inkompetenter und absolut unfreundlicher Kundenservice. Schon beim betreten wird man von der Seite blöd angeschnauzt ohne noch ein Wort gesagt zu haben. Ein Stern ist definitiv noch überbewertet. Wer hier kauft ist selber schuld.... Item ordered for collection. After receiving the request, the article was picked up immediately, but then suddenly the article was not delivered, so we drove to Wr Neustadt for 3 hours. Incompetent and absolutely rude customer service. As soon as you enter, you get snapped at from the side without saying a word. One star is definitely still overrated. It is your own fault who buys here ...

Danke für den tollen Preis und die schnelle Lieferung! The bookshelf just fits perfectly into the living room. Since it has no back wall, we also use it as a partition to the dining room. Lieferung und alles war super, auch mit dem Whirlpool selbst bin ich sehr zufrieden. Aber es scheint fast so, wenn man es schon gekauft hat, entfällt der Service. Wochenlang keine Rückmeldungen auf die e-mails. Telefonisch schier unmöglich jemanden zu erwischen. Ich habe mir dann auch eine Abdeckhilfe im Mai 2021 gekauft, diese habe ich bis jetzt noch nicht bekommen (März 2022) und auf meine Mails, wann ich diese den bekomme, kommt entweder gar keine Antwort oder man schreibt nach 2-3 Wochen dann, in ca.einem Monat und danach fängt das gleiche von vorne an. Whirlpool und Lieferzeit 5 STerne Service und Kundenfreundlichkeit 1 Stern Finde es wirklich sehr schade, aber ist leider so..... Hello everyone I bought a Home36 outdoor hot tub a year ago. Delivery and everything was great, I am also very satisfied with the hot tub itself. But it almost seems like if you've already bought it, the service doesn't apply. No response to emails for weeks. Almost impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone. I then also bought a masking aid in May 2021, I haven't received it yet (March 2022) and my emails, when I get this, either don't get an answer at all or you write after 2-3 weeks, in about a month and then the same thing starts all over again. Whirlpool and delivery time 5 stars Service and customer friendliness 1 star I really think it's a shame, but unfortunately that's how it is.....

Nachdem der letzte angebliche Termin (13.1.)abgelaufen war, kamen keine Infos mehr und es wurde nicht mehr reagiert. Jeder hat aktuell mit importierter Ware Probleme, aber normalerweise kommuniziert man es gescheit an Kunden... Nie wieder!!! Zum Glück bekommen wir das Geld vom Vermittler (Kaufland) wieder... flop. Goods should be delivered between Christmas and New Year's Eve. You were always comforted. After the last supposed date (13.1.) had expired, no more information came and there was no longer any reaction. Everyone currently has problems with imported goods, but normally one communicates it cleverly to customers... Never again!!! Luckily we get the money back from the intermediary (Kaufland)...

Musste noch keinen Kundenservice in Anspruch nehmen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Gerne wieder! As already used several times, very good goods delivered quickly.
