Nach einem persönlichen Gespräch und der bitte eines Kostenvoranschlages für eine größere Hütte, wurde ich freundlich gebeten dies per E-Mail zu übermitteln. Freundlich auch mit dem Hinweis, das dieser Kostenvoranschlag bis Ende der Woche (persönliche Anfrage an einem Mittwoch) fertig gestellt wird. Nach 8 Tagen mein erster Anruf ob mein Mail angekommen sei? Dies wurde bejaht und somit wurde ich doch wieder freundlich auf das Ende der Woche verwiesen. Nach einer weiteren Woche wieder ein Anruf meinerseits, und diesmal wurde ich relativ schnell, anscheinend genervt , von der zuständigen Person auf einen sofortigen Rückruf verwiesen. ( Gespräch um 08.51) Da dieser Rückruf auch bis jetzt nicht stattgefunden hat (14.55) rechne ich auch nicht mehr damit, von dem abgesehen dass auch der Kostenvoranschlag nicht ankam. Somit muss ich leider eine Rezension schreiben.

After a personal conversation and the request for a cost estimate for a larger hut, I was kindly asked to send this via email. Kindly also with the note that this cost estimate will be completed by the end of the week (personal request on a Wednesday). After 8 days my first call whether my mail had arrived? This was answered in the affirmative and so I was again kindly referred to the end of the week. After another week I called again, and this time I was told relatively quickly, apparently annoyed, by the responsible person to call back immediately. (Conversation at 08.51) Since this callback has not taken place until now (14.55) I do not expect any more, apart from the fact that the cost estimate did not arrive either. So unfortunately I have to write a review.
