★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessionellste, inkompetenteste Firma die ich jemals gesehen habe.
Es ging um eine einfache Terrassenüberdachung, wofür sie sich nach vorheriger Nachfrage definitiv nicht zu schön sind, vonwegen „sie machen kleine wie große Aufträge“, „für Unternehmen wie für kleine Privatpersonen“.
Soweit so gut, in wenigen Tagen würde er sich melden für ein Angebot, „welches nicht zu schlagen sei“.
Wochenlang nichts passiert, bis ich das erste mal nachfragte ob er mich vergessen hätte, und es kam wieder „in den nächsten Tagen bekommst du das Angebot, VERSPROCHEN“.
Nach Monaten und gefühlt 2673 Nachfragen, sei es telefonisch oder per E-Mail, keine Antwort mehr, als wie ausgestorben.
Beim Telefon wird man sogar einfach weg gedrückt, soviel zum Thema „man ist auch für eher kleinere Aufträge dankbar“..
Ein unprofessioneller, inkompetenter Haufen, wie ich ihn zum ersten Mal so erleben durfte, welcher mir wegen seiner leeren Versprechungen Monate an Warten auf Nichts gekostet hat, und von denen ich mir auch gut vorstellen kann dass selbst der Großteil derer Bewertungen alle selbst erstellt sind.
Überlegt es euch besser zwei mal bevor ihr euch auf eine solch intrigante Firma einlässt und dann euer blaues Wunder erlebt.???
Most unprofessional, incompetent company I have ever seen.
It was about a simple patio roof, for which they are definitely not too beautiful, according to previous inquiries, because "they do small and large orders", "for companies and small private individuals".
So far so good, in a few days he would be in touch for an offer "which couldn't be beat".
Nothing happened for weeks, until I asked the first time if he had forgotten me, and it came back "in the next few days you will get the offer, PROMISE".
After months and what felt like 2673 inquiries, be it by phone or e-mail, no more response than dead.
When you're on the phone, you're even simply pushed away, so much for "you're also grateful for smaller orders".
An unprofessional, incompetent bunch, as I was able to experience them for the first time, which cost me months of waiting for nothing because of their empty promises, and of which I can well imagine that even the majority of their reviews are all self-made.
You better think twice before you get involved with such a scheming company and then experience your blue miracle.???
