G	Gerhard Habicher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gut es wäre nicht der Megaauftrag gewesen und ich wollte vorab einfach nur wissen, ob ich das was ich benötige von Holz Woschitz bekomme, aber scheinbar zählt der kleine Kunde nicht. Ich war vor Ort und bin nach einer Stunde wieder gefahren, da der Chef leider nicht erreichbar gewesen ist. Daraufhin habe ich die Unterlagen mit meinen Holzanforderungen dort gelassen mit der Bitte um Rückruf, ob das machbar wäre und was es kostet. Nach 14 Tagen, obwohl versprochen, kein telefonischer Rückruf. Bei meinen zwischenzeitlich mehrfachen Anrufen ist der Chef leider auch immer nicht erreichbar gewesen. Ich finde das sehr ignorant und stellt die Wertigkeit des Kleinkunden bei diesem Unternehmen dar. Well it would not have been the mega order and I just wanted to know in advance whether I would get what I need from Holz Woschitz, but apparently the small customer doesn't count. I was there and drove again after an hour because the boss was unfortunately not available. Then I left the documents with my wood requirements there with the request for a call back, if that was feasible and what it costs. After 14 days, although promised, no call back. When I made several calls in the meantime, the boss was unfortunately always unavailable. I find this very ignorant and represents the value of the small customer in this company.
