Nichts davon kann ich bestätigen. Über den Online-Shop hatte ich ein Fahrrad gekauft und eine Nachfrage wegen der Bezahlung. Hierauf meldete sich innerhalb einer Woche niemand. Auch eine E-Mail-Anfrage vor dem Kauf wurde nicht beantwortet. Service am Kunden sieht anders aus! “Höll Trading Abtenau attaches great importance to customer friendliness, individuality, wellbeing, satisfaction” - so it says on the homepage. I cannot confirm any of this. I had bought a bike via the online shop and asked about the payment. Nobody answered within a week. An e-mail request before the purchase was also not answered. Customer service looks different!

Preislich im Vergleich zu anderen Geschäften absolut top! Bester Ruf weit und breit - kann ich nur bestätigen! Mein Mann und ich haben voll die Freude mit unseren neuen eMountainbikes! Anyone who wants to buy an eBike can absolutely recommend this shop from Sepp Höll! Extremely competent and friendly advice - conversions, for example, other saddles, pedals, grips or lowerable saddles or luggage carriers with a basket are no problem. Absolutely top price compared to other shops! Best reputation far and wide - I can only confirm! My husband and I really enjoy our new eMountain bikes!
