★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks quite fancy but the longer you stay the more stuff comes up. Everything seems fancy but is kind of cheap. The bathroom door doesn't shut fully, the lights flicker and it just seems like it's trying to be more than it actually is. Over all it is still a good place with a lot of smaller problems that could easily be fixed.

If you are a fan of these, you will LIKE:
- Clean, nice, alpine water
- has a lot of space, especially in the rooms
- cool view!!!
- very well connected via public transportation services (buy a 24h ticket, it's worth after 3 bus rides)
- Nice interior design
- good kitchen
- has everything you need for a temporary stay (washing machine!!)
- super nice part of town, you're at the Goldene Dachl very quickly (~10min with the bus)
If you are a fan of these, you will NOT LIKE:
- Water pressure
- Cold water
- not burning alive in the shower when the apartment beneath you wants to get a cup of water
