★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War schon sehr oft hier und werde es weiterhin. Für Kinder von Modal nicht zuweit. Für Erwachsene die von einer großen Wanderung zurückkommen ebenso ideal. Essen sieht sehr gut aus und Portionen groß. Am besten ist halt immer noch ein Zwetschgenfleck mit Sahne,ein Almdudler und ein Radler. Josef danke das du so ein guter Wirt bist
 Has been here many times and will continue to do so. Not too far for children of Modal. For adults coming back from a great hike just as ideal. Food looks very good and portions big. The best thing is still a Zwetschgenfleck with cream, a Almdudler and a cyclist. Josef, thank you for being such a good host

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein gewaltiger Berggasthof der keine Wünsche offen lässt !!! Idyllisch , ruhig , sauber und ungefährlich für Kinder. Ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Wanderungen zu den umliegenden Gipfeln und Berggasthäuser. Auch mit Speis und Trank wird man am Höhlensteinhaus bestens zu absolut guten Preisen versorgt weiter so !!!!
A huge mountain inn that leaves nothing to be desired !!! Idyllic, quiet, clean and safe for children. A perfect starting point for numerous hikes to the surrounding peaks and mountain inns. At the Höhlensteinhaus you are also provided with food and drink at absolutely good prices, keep it up !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundliche Gastgeber und sehr gute Küche. Das Haus liegt in einem der schönsten Almkessel, den ich kenne. Für Wander und Radfahrer eine sehr empfehlenswerte Jausenstation.
Friendly hosts and very good cuisine. The house is in one of the most beautiful alpine basins that I know. A very recommendable snack station for hikers and cyclists.
