★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als Arbeitgeber immer korrekt, erst beim Beenden des Dienstverhältnisses kam es zu Problemen. Traurig das für viele Betriebe der Kollektivvertrag noch nicht Standard ist. Aber wozu haben sie den einen Betriebsrat ?
As an employer always correct, only at the termination of the employment relationship, there were problems. Sadly that for many businesses the collective agreement is not yet standard. But why do they have the one works council ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So ein Benehnem wie die junge Angestellte dort hat, hab ich noch in meinen 32 Jahren nicht erlebt! Die Dame hat auf einer Position, in der man in Kontakt mit Menschen kommt, gar nichts verloren. Firma Hofmann kommt deswegen in unseren Unternehmen nicht mal in Frage
Such a thing as the young employee has there, I have not experienced in my 32 years! The lady has lost nothing in a position where she comes into contact with people. That's why Hofmann does not even come into question in our companies

Das Vorstellgespräch war sehr Menschlich und angenehm.
Die Dame war sehr höflich und trotz meines jungen Alters Respektierte Sie meine Vorstellungen und Wünsche.
Nach einem Bewerbungsgespräch bei einer Firma, Informierte sich die Hoffmann Mitarbeiterin wie meine Meinung ist & wie es mir ergangen ist, welches Empfinden ich habe.. sehr bemüht und Menschlich.
Super Service, sehr sympathisch & guter Umgang mit den Menschen.
The branch in Steyr is easy to find.
The interview was very human and pleasant.
The lady was very polite and despite my young age, she respected my ideas and wishes.
After an interview at a company, the Hoffmann employee found out what my opinion is & how I fared, what feelings I have .. very hard-working and human.
