Es gibt alles, was man so braucht: Fleisch, Eier, Milch, Joghurt, Mehl, Nudeln, und verschiedene Produkte, die nur zeitweise angeboten werden, wie Alpbutter, Eierlikör, Sirup, Grillwürste, Leberkäse etc. Und das alles zu mehr als fairen Preisen. Sehr gut finde ich, dass auf das Wohl der Tiere geachtet wird. Die Hühner sind in Freilandhaltung und die Kälbchen werden hier beim Metzger geschlachtet und somit nicht unnötig ins Ausland gekarrt. I think the Elbs farm shop is awesome. There is everything you need: meat, eggs, milk, yoghurt, flour, pasta, and various products that are only offered from time to time, such as alpine butter, egg liqueur, syrup, grilled sausages, meat loaf, etc. And all for more than fair Prices. I think it's very good that the animals are looked after. The chickens are kept free-range and the calves are slaughtered here at the butcher's and therefore not unnecessarily carted abroad.

Von Joghurt über selbstgemachten Sirup bis hin zu Kalbsbratwürsten ist alles dabei. Komme jedesmal gerne wieder! The best Leberkäse in the country! My family and I are completely convinced and love the farm's own products. From yogurt to homemade syrup to Veal sausages are all included. I would love to come back every time!
