Begründung : Die bedienende Frau ist derart unfreundlich, daß man sich schon beim Betreten unwohl fühlt...sie grüsst natürlich auch nicht, wenn man sich verabschiedet. Zur Ware : Ich kaufte Schweinsbraten, welcher sich als trocken und hart erwies. Speck, der bestenfalls Kochfleisch ist, da kaum geräuchert und viel zu weich (hat die Konsistenz von rohem Fleisch). Das Bratlfett ist viel zu salzlastig und schmeckt unverkennbar nach verbranntem Braten, die Blunzn riecht schon unangenehm. Ebenso die Sulz, die arg säuerlich schmeckt...die also die beste Zeit längst hinter sich liess und am verderben ist. Die Eier sind alles andere als frisch, das Schweinefleisch riecht unangenehm - mal sehen obs wenigstens die Hunde fressen...... Fazit wie bereits geschrieben : Einmal und NIE WIEDER !!! Once and never again !!! Reason: The woman serving is so unfriendly that you feel uncomfortable as soon as you enter ... of course she does not say hello when you say goodbye. About the goods: I bought roast pork, which turned out to be dry and hard. Bacon, which is cooked meat at best, as it is hardly smoked and much too soft (has the consistency of raw meat). The frying fat is far too salty and tastes unmistakably like burnt roast, the Blunzn smells unpleasant. Likewise, the Sulz, which tastes badly sour ... which has long left the best time behind and is spoiling. The eggs are anything but fresh, the pork smells unpleasant - let's see if the dogs eat at least ...... Conclusion as already written: Once and NEVER AGAIN !!!

Fleisch und Wurstprodukte sowie Speck, Bratlfettn, Knödel... etc. Auch Brot, Eier (leider nur Bodenhaltung!), eingelegtes Gemüse und div. Säfte und Schnäpse habe ich im Verkaufsraum gesehen. Great quality and great prices. Family atmosphere, very friendly! Meat and sausage products as well as bacon, fried fats, dumplings ... etc. I also saw bread, eggs (unfortunately only barnacles!), Pickled vegetables and various juices and schnapps in the sales room.
