Mein Eindruck war, dass man mir keine Ausrüstung geben wollte. Eine derart arrogante Behandlung ist mir selten passiert. Am Ende bin ich frustriert zu einem anderen Skiverleih gegangen und habe weniger bezahlt, noch dazu bei besserem Service. Diesen Skiverleih sollte man wirklich meiden. Schlechter Service bei hohem Preis. I went to the ski rental shop as a non-hotel guest and wanted to rent ski equipment for a week. My impression was that they didn't want to give me any equipment. Such arrogant treatment has rarely happened to me. In the end, I went to another ski rental in frustration and paid less, and more with better service. You should really avoid this ski rental. Bad service at a high price.

Sie hätten mehr als 5 Sterne verdient! Wir kommen seit 10 Jahren immer gerne wieder. Telkens word er meegedacht voor een passende oplossing. En eergisteren liet ik mijn (niet huur) ski’s per ongeluk buiten staan. De volgende morgen ontdekte ik dat men de ski’s gewoon de nacht veilig binnen had gezet. Heel, heel fijn! Beste mensen van Hofherr, hartelijk dank! We are very happy with Hofherr. We have been renting our skis there for a few years now. And always receive excellent help. Another size or something else. Each time we think along for a suitable solution. And the day before yesterday I accidentally left my (non-rental) skis outside. The next morning I discovered that they had simply put the skis safely indoors for the night. Very, very nice! Dear people at Hofherr, thank you very much!
