Ich wurde zu einem tollen Betrieb vermittelt, wo ich Probearbeiten durfte, nach einer gewissen Zeit wurde ich eingestellt und bin seit 3 Jahren im Unternehmen tätig und sehr zufrieden. Top advice and great employer, I felt very comfortable from the start, the company was recommended to me by a good colleague and I called and arranged a personal interview. I was placed in a great company where I was allowed to do trial work, after a certain time I was hired and have been with the company for 3 years and I am very satisfied. Während den ganzen Gespräch wahr angenehme und lockere Stimmung, aber alles auf eine sehr seriösen Niveau. Was mir sehr gefallen ist, das man bekommt gleich einen feedback und weißt ungefähr wo stehen seiner Chancen.
I can only rate this staff office positively. Immediately after submitting my application documents, I received an invitation for an interview within two days. During the whole conversation a pleasant and relaxed mood, but everything on a very serious level. What I really liked is that you get feedback right away and know about where your chances are.

Ich habe schon mehreren Freunden und Bekannten diese Firma zur Unterstützung beim Job-Wechsel empfohlen und immer sehr positive Rückmeldungen erhalten! Außerdem, da die Anmeldung als Jobsuchender immer kostenlos ist, hat man auch absolut nichts zu verlieren, sonder kann nur gewinnen, indem die Profis die Augen für einen offen halten für die eigene ideale Stelle!
Ganz besonders finde ich: Für die Jobsuchenden gibt es die Möglichkeit für eine Art "Persönlichkeitsprofil" mit Interessen, Stärken etc.
Die Firma kümmert sich dann wirklich darum, dass der Jobsuchende eine Stelle bekommt die auch wirklich zu seinem Stärkenprofil und Interessen passt und nicht nur irgendein Job vermittelt bekommt. Das ist toll, dass die Firma Hofer Personal, da so auch eine nachhaltige und langfristig zufriedenstellende Lösung setzt!

Hofer Personal is a great, committed company for personnel matters. I have already recommended this company to several friends and acquaintances to help them change jobs and have always received very positive feedback!
