★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff. Refused to help me, and I could feel racism oozing out of the cashier. She looked at me with so much hatred and refused to answer any questions (all I needed was a bottle of water and I couldn't find it, so I stood in line to ask her this question). She helped a white male, standing in line before me, for 5 minutes, moving around the store helping him with whatever he needed. This experience left me with a very lousy feeling, and marred my Vienna trip.
