Ich bin jahrelanger Kunde von Herrn Polleruhs und sehr begeistert von der ursprünglichen Art und Weise der Herstellung sowie von der Herkunft der Zutaten. Ich darf der Urlauberin mitteilen, dass sich Ihre Entdeckung keineswegs in einem Quellschutzgebiet befindet (sonst würde nicht dieses große Mehrparteienhaus unweit von dieser Stelle stehen) und lt. Klärschlammverordnung kann dieser Maischerest auch als hochwertiger Dünger für den Ackerbau eingesetzt werden. Hier stirbt kein Bäumchen sondern wächst schneller als je zuvor. Liebe Grüße Herwig A. Da sahen wir den Jungen. in den Fotos, wie er den Brennrest einfach auf die Wiese gekippt hat. Dieses Gebiet ist aber ein Quellschutzgebiet! In diesem Brennrest sind Schwermetalle und es ist so sauer dass sogar die Bäumchen sterben (siehe Foto)!! So etwas soll nicht als Natur pur , lecker bewertet werden. So etwas gehört angezeigt!! We hiked past this shop on our last vacation. Then we saw the boy. in the photos of how he simply dumped the burning residue onto the meadow. This area is a source protection area! There are heavy metals in this burning residue and it is so acidic that even the saplings die (see photo) !! Something like this should not be judged as pure nature, delicious.
