Very friendly landlady, great views, very good location for hiking on the surrounding mountains, everything was very clean and spacious. We recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak k tomuto apartmánu mám co říct. Jo a nejen k tomuto apartmánu se vztahuje tento článek. Ubytování po dohodě přes internet nečekáte tak jako u nás v republice nebo na Slovensku až do odpoledních hodin, ale přijedete ráno klem deváté a pokoje jsou připravené. Záleží také kdy hosti opustí ten daný pokoj. No, ale ten úklid trvá jen hodinku a je vše tak jak má být. To jen u nás jsou problémy.
So I have something to say to this apartment. Yeah and not just this apartment is covered by this article. You do not expect accommodation by agreement via the Internet as in the Czech Republic or Slovakia until the afternoon hours, but you will arrive in the morning with the ninth and the rooms are ready. It also depends when the guest leaves the room. Well, the cleaning only takes an hour and everything is as it should be. It's just a problem with us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kto próbował szukać noclegu w Kitzbuhel, ten wie, ze to bardzo drogie miejsce... nam jakimś cudem udało się trafić na Hof Hamoos i to był strzał w 10! Takich widoków nie zapewni wam żaden hotel w mieście, wystrój utrzymany w stylu tyrolskim, bardzo miła angielskojęzyczna również obsługa;) zablokowaliśmy już na przyszły rok!
Ps. Jeśli nie ma auta z napędem 4x4 koniecznie zabierz łańcuchy zimą?
Anyone who tried to find accommodation in Kitzbuhel knows that it is a very expensive place ... we somehow managed to find Hof Hamoos and it was a shot at 10! No hotel in the city will provide you with such views, the decor is in the Tyrolean style, very nice English-speaking staff;) we have already blocked for next year!
Ps. If there is no 4x4 car, take snow chains in winter?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awesome! (but only for those who want to be far from the city and on very high hill=1160m) We are bike climbers, and prefere silence, evenings on the balcony, chill...so the hill slope is not a problem for us. The view from the balcony is perfect, as you can see the mountains and the valley in which Kitzbuhel is located.
The owners of the farm are very kind. They have products from their farm, like fresh eggs, rolls, honey, which we plan to check, yet we did not try it.
