 The staff at the upper valley station was very unfriendly. The behavior was unacceptable and definitely not customer-friendly ... prefer to use one of the other lanes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliches Personal an der Bergstation und sehr undeutliche Anweisungen. Personal wird schnell unfreundlich. Hat uns leider die Fahrt nach unten versaut, sonst wäre es sehr sehr schön gewesen!
Unfriendly staff at the mountain station and very unclear instructions. Staff get rude quickly. Unfortunately, we screwed up the drive down, otherwise it would have been very, very nice!
