Die Hütte hat ganztägig warme Speisen, die superlecker schmecken und genau das Richtige, nach einem anstrengenden Aufstieg, sind. Empfehlen kann ich den Kaiserschmarn und die Käsespätzle. The Hochleckenhaus is one of the nicest huts in Upper Austria. The view of the Traunsee or Attersee is a dream. The hut has warm meals all day that taste delicious and are just the thing after a strenuous climb. I can recommend the Kaiserschmarn and the Käsespätzle.
J	Josef Giger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr überlaufen. Der Wanderweg ist jedoch ideal für einen Tag. Nachmittags schwimmen im Attersee. Very crowded. However, the trail is ideal for a day. Swim in the Attersee in the afternoon.

Beim Hochleckenhaus wird man mit einem Traumausblick belohnt und kühlen Getränken. Es war so super!!! A demanding hike that is better started early in the morning in June. But it's worth it. At the Hochleckenhaus you will be rewarded with a dream view and cool drinks. It was so great !!!

Kaum angekommen stürmt schon der Wirt heraus und meint dass das nicht so geht und wir verschwinden bzw. uns "schleichen" sollten. Was für eine schöne Begrüßung. Gastfreundschaft ist hier wohl ein Fremdwort. (Davon wird man auch von den zahlreichen Schildern hingewiesen.) Nach der Klärung, bestellten wir trotzdem. Getränke und Essen sind etwas höherpreisiger aber noch im akzeptablen Bereich. Schmeckte auch alles gut. Aufgrund der nichtvorhandenen Gastfreundschaft werde ich wohl nicht mehr kommen. After arriving we wanted to relax. As soon as we arrive, the landlord rushes out and says that this is not possible and that we should disappear or "sneak up". What a nice greeting. Hospitality is probably a foreign word here. (This is also indicated by the numerous signs.) After clarification, we ordered anyway. Drinks and food are a bit more expensive but still in the acceptable range. Everything tasted good too. Due to the lack of hospitality, I will probably not come back.
E	Erwin H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geh immer von der Kienklause zum Hochleckenhaus rauf, da dieser Weg über die Adlerspitze einiges mehr an Schönheit und Aussicht bietet als vom Taferlklaussee aus. Man geht zwar ein bisschen länger aber man wird dafür mit tollen Ausblicken belohnt. Essen schmeckt ganz gut. Wirt ist etwas launisch. Always go up from the Kienklause to the Hochleckenhaus, as this path over the Adlerspitze offers a lot more beauty and views than from Taferlklaussee. You walk a little longer, but you are rewarded with great views. Food tastes good. Landlord is a bit moody.
