â â â â â Fantastic food and great location with nice views. Went there 3 times! Only 4 points as the staff, bringing food to the tables, was quite "ruppig" and rude at times. Shame.

â â â â â The waitress tried to steel âŹ10. Our meal was âŹ40. We passed her a âŹ50 note and before you could say boo to a goose she ran off very quickly. We had to persue her around the restaurant and then argue with her that this was not a tip. They even charged us âŹ2 for a glass of tap water. She was annoying. Food was nice.

â â â â â I had to wait over 1,5 hour for order. Staff was very rude when I pointed out that it isn't ok to wait so long for order. Drinks were brought after meal and were mistaken. When prices are so high I expect better service. Waitress tried to charge us more and when we show her why she was almost shouting at us that's it isn't her fault.

â â â â â We now stayed there twice - just before Christmas when the Alm was just opened and now over carnival - we loved it! - great food (amazing cook, no fast food, all freshly prepared - from traditional tirolean cusines to innovative dishes from all over the world), great owners and staff (always friendly and service oriented irrespective how busy it got), perfect selection of wines and champagne! Great for skiing in and out but also to just stay for the week! We will for sure come back - our kids loved it as well!
