Ja ich war heute mit meinem Heli der Marke MONSTER TRONIC in diesem "Saftladen"- weil vermutlich die FB einen Kontaktfehler aufweist, doch mir wurde keineswegs geholfen - nein die sehr, sehr engstirnig veranlagte Dame vor Ort wollte sich mein Problem gar nicht anhören - Sie meinte ich solle doch dorthin gehen wo ich meinen Heli gekauft habe. Also dies ist nicht die feine englische Art einen Kunden so "abzuspeisen".
Ich werde dieses ur- komische Geschäft sicher nicht mehr betreten, denn Freundlichkeit, Wissen und Dienstleistung dürften dort auf jedem Fall fehlen. Bedauerlich und ich werde dies auch in unserer Sammlerrunde kundtun - denn in Zukunft können sich diese Mitarbeiter dort - selbst verarschen.
Bloß nicht mehr hingehen- dies ist scheinbar die beste Lösung.
"FORGET this store"
Yes, I was in this "juice shop" today with my MONSTER TRONIC heli - because the remote control probably has a contact error, but I was not helped at all - no, the very, very narrow-minded lady on site didn't even want to listen to my problem - you thought I should go there where I bought my heli. So this is not the fine English way of "fobbing off" a customer.
I will certainly not enter this ur-funny shop again, because friendliness, knowledge and service are definitely lacking there. It's unfortunate and I'll also make this known to our collectors' group - because in the future these employees there can - fool themselves.
Don't go there any more - this seems to be the best solution.
