★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unangenehm gleich mal einen Test gemacht ohne zu Fragen obwohl ich immer PCR getestet bin.Sehr unhöflich nicht auf meine Bedürfnisse eingegangen......ich war das erste und das letzte mal da.
It was very uncomfortable to do a test without asking even though I have always been PCR tested. Very rude not to respond to my needs ...... I was there the first and the last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann die Kritik nicht nachvollziehen. Ich hatte vor zwei Wochen intensive Beschwerden. Am selben Tag bekam ich noch einen Termin. Der Arzt ist freundlich und sachlich an mich herangetreten und hat gut diagnostiziert. Für HNO Angelegenheiten habe ich in der Ordination Schmid meine zukünftige Betreuung gefunden.
I cannot understand the criticism. I had intense symptoms two weeks ago. I got an appointment the same day. The doctor approached me in a friendly and objective manner and made a good diagnosis. For ENT matters, I found my future care in the Schmid ordination.
