★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war schon komplett verzweifelt, als ich bei Herr Hill auf der Matte stand - nach 3 Sitzungen hat es bei mir klick gemacht und heute bin ich fast 4 Monate ohne jegliche Süßigkeiten. Dank Herr Hill habe ich wieder ein Gefühl für meinen Körper und meine Bedürfnisse und schnappe nicht gleich nach Schokolade bei dem kleinsten Gefühl von Stress und Unsicherheit.

I was completely desperate when I stood on the mat at Mr. Hill - after 3 sessions it clicked for me and today I am almost 4 months without any sweets. Thanks to Mr. Hill, I regain a feeling for my body and my needs and don't snap for chocolate at the slightest feeling of stress and insecurity.
