★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In einem Telefonat wurde mir eine Reservierung bestätigt. Mir wurden keine Informationen über Storno Gebühren mitgeteilt, des Weiteren kann man diese auch nicht erlesen.
Da ich krank geworden bin und nicht mehr anreisen konnte, möchten Herr und Frau Bäuchler sage und schreibe 25€ Storno Gebühren. Für mich als Weitwanderer auf der Via Alpina eine der schlechtesten Erfahrungen.
 A reservation was confirmed to me in a phone call. I was not given any information about cancellation fees, nor can you read them.
Since I got sick and could no longer travel, Mr. and Mrs. Bäuchler would like a no less than 25 € cancellation fee. For me as a long-distance hiker on the Via Alpina one of the worst experiences.
