HeyMi Apartments in City Center - Maria-Theresien-Straße 3

Stayed for a couple of nights and found this place to be better then most 4 & 5 star hotels. Very classy and extremely clean. Great location for most excursions; like restaurants, clubs, pubs etc. Need taxi, uber is a phone call away and most destinations cost about 12 - 20 euros. Most places offer free Wi - Fi as well.

Location is very good-close to downtown. The rooms were as described. We were 4 days on 5th floor. There is was not an elevator and it was indicated in offer. The windows of two rooms couldnt be opened and there was a problem with the ventilation of the bathroom. The ladies from the staff were kind and the man was not.

Great apartments in a great location. Please mage sure you read their website, there is no lift, we were exhorting it so wasn't a problem and heymi are very upfront about it. The adjustments themselves are very spacious and very well appointed. Highly recommend them!!!

Be careful, by booking the Apartment you will have to pay the amount directly. If you can’t go and want to change or cancelled your trip, it won’t be possible! You will loose the full Investment.

Absolutely not recommended because: 1- There is No air conditioning in hot summer days. 2- There will be No hot water to take a morning shower if you are more than two people staying at this place! 3- lots and lots of street noise coming from traffic and people 4- No elevator, good luck carrying your baggage up to 4 levels. Depending on what floor you get into. 5- Expect clogged drainage and few other problems when you get into this place. Don't waste your money and don't get fooled by their nice pictures of the apartment. Update (Jan 14 2019): I realized that I have been accused of not telling the truth about my experience at this location, which is so unfortunate. Despite what management is claiming as their reply to my review, I tried to bring the issues to the management's attention several times during my stay. They even sent people to look into some of the issues that we had (like lack of hot water). However, for the hot water problem, the root cause was the small water tanks that were used for such big units, they couldn't really do much!!! I was on the fourth floor, but that doesn't mean I was not able to hear the busy streets around, specially the loud cars, police and ambulance sirens which went off quite often at night times. That's not management's fault, I understand, but I included that in my review so others know what they will walk into! Last but not the least, the management attitude in responding to my review, and accusing me of not telling the truth is another negative experience I am still having with this place, which can be a good indication of what other guests might experience during or after their stay at this location. To the management: You have my email and contact information as one of your guests, you could easily send me an email and discuss these matters, and at least try to address some of the issues prior to replying and falsely accusing me of not telling the truth. That alone is a good indication of how you handle your customer complaints.

Clean, good sized, and well placed apartment. It's on the other side of the river to the city centre, but you're a short walk from a taxi rank and underground. WiFi was very reliable, so this kept our teens happy. Plenty of restaurants and small shops nearby, and while the kitchen is a bit cosy, you could self cater. The apartment is four floors up and there's a lift.

Perfect for our stay in Vienna. Convenient location, easy walking and great access to transit. The apartment was a pleasant surprise; spacious, sparkling clean and very well equipped. Having a fridge with freezer and the oscillating fan are great additions in the very warm weather.

very nicely decorated Appartment. However, the furniture has definitely seen better days. You can't relax on the couch without getting a back injury. You can although not sleep with open windows in the summer because the Bar downstairs is open until 02:00 and always very loud. But apart from that, it is OK and very central. All major sightseeings are in walking distance.
