Tolle Lage für Wanderungen ins Heutal und Unken ist trotzdem noch zu fuss erreichbar. Bequeme Betten, vollständige Ausstattung. Quaint, winding hut on a sunny south-facing slope with an unobstructed view of the mountains opposite. Great location for hikes in the Heutal and Unken is still within walking distance. Comfortable beds, fully equipped.

Der Vermieter hat an alles gedacht und alle Utensilien für die Selbstversorgung vorbereitet. Vom Internet bis zur kompletten Kochausstattung. Das Besondere an dem Haus ist sein Charme! Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Man ist trotzdem für sich und kann seine Ruhe vom Alltag finden. Wir hatten nicht immer Lust zu Kochen. Für sportlich aktive Besucher perfekt! Wir waren zum Skifahren im Winter da und einmal im Herbst zum Wandern. Die Landschaft ist herrlich! Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal am Abend auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und den Blick auf die Gipfel der Drei Brüder zu genießen. Absolut empfehlenswert! Sauber, ordentlich und gemütlich. Netter, seriöser Vermieter! Danke Otmar! We have been to Unken (Gföll) several times and felt incredibly comfortable in the Heutal house. The landlord has thought of everything and prepared all the utensils for self-sufficiency. From the Internet to complete kitchen equipment. The special thing about the house is its charm! Good shopping and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes by car. You are still for yourself and can find your peace from everyday life. We didn't always want to cook. Perfect for sporty visitors! We were there for skiing in winter and once in autumn for hiking. The landscape is wonderful! I look forward to sitting next time on the terrace in the evening and enjoying the view of the summits of the Three Brothers. Highly Recommended! Clean, tidy and cozy. Nice, serious landlord! Wir waren in den letzten Jahren mehrfach im Heutal-Haus und haben selten zuvor ein Haus erlebt, das so viel Charme besitzt und wo wir uns von Anfang an so wohl gefühlt haben. Vielleicht liegt es an der eher einfachen Ausstattung, den gemütlichen Abenden am Kachelofen, an der Lage mit fantastischer Aussicht oder an allem zusammen. Auf jeden Fall wurden unsere Aufenthalte immer zu einem kurzweiligen Erlebnis, auch aufgrund der zahlreichen Freizeitaktivitäten, die in naher Umgebung und zu allen Jahreszeiten möglich sind. Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf das nächste Mal! Absolute recommendation for everyone who wants to experience a stay in the mountains in a rustic, original way and with numerous leisure activities in the vicinity! We have been to the Heutal-Haus several times in the last few years and have rarely seen a house that has so much charm and where we felt so comfortable from the start. Perhaps it is because of the rather simple equipment, the cozy evenings by the tiled stove, the location with a fantastic view or everything together. In any case, our stays have always been an entertaining experience, also due to the numerous leisure activities that are possible in the vicinity and in all seasons. We are really looking forward to the next time!

Tolle Terrasse, Platz zum Grillen, Parkplatz vor der Tür, genügend Schlafzimmer, Waschraum, Küche, alles vorhanden. Das Haus ist schön ruhig gelegen und hat einen tollen Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Berge. Oben im Heutal kann man Langlaufen, Wandern und schöne Mountainbike Touren fahren. Immer wieder gerne. A beautiful, large house with lots of space for the whole family and more. The house has everything you need for a great vacation. Great terrace, space for grilling, parking in front of the door, enough bedrooms, laundry room, kitchen, everything available. The house is in a quiet area and has a great view of the mountains opposite. Up in the Heutal you can go cross-country skiing, hiking and beautiful mountain bike tours. Always my pleasure.

Es bietet Gemütlichkeit und Geborgenheit im Inneren, Entspannung und Erholung im Garten, grandiose Ausblicke auf die beeindruckende Bergwelt, Rückzugsmöglichkeiten in den vielen Winkeln des Hauses. Wir haben anspruchsvolle Wanderungen gemacht und dabei immer wieder über neue überraschende Weitblicke gestaunt. Die Umgebung und das Heutal sind einfach grandios! Drei Mal waren wir bisher im Heutal-Haus und wir kommen gerne wieder! Absolut empfehlenswert! The Heutal-Haus offers everything I could wish for in the mountains. It offers cosiness and security inside, relaxation and recreation in the garden, grandiose views of the impressive mountains, retreats in the many corners of the house. We have made demanding hikes and have always been amazed at new, surprising views. The surroundings and the Heutal are simply terrific! We have been to the Heutal-Haus three times and we would love to come back! Highly Recommended!

Die umliegenden Bäume machen aus dem Garten einen tollen Rückzugsort. Der Vermieter Otmar ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert und er hegt und pflegt das Haus mit viel Einsatz. Sehr gerne wieder! We have already been to the Heutal-Haus twice and enjoy the cozy atmosphere again and again. The view of the mountains is perfect. The surrounding trees make the garden a great retreat. The landlord Otmar is very friendly and uncomplicated and he cherishes and looks after the house with a lot of commitment. Lovely again!

Vorallem im Außenbereich mit Garten, Terasse und Wintergarten haben wir gerne unsere Zeit verbracht und den gigantischen Ausblick auf die Berge genossen. Nice rustic house with good equipment in a quiet location. Especially in the outdoor area with the garden, terrace and winter garden, we enjoyed spending our time and enjoying the gigantic view of the mountains.

Very cosy and a great garden that offers views, shade and sunshine. Otmar is really helpfull and very quick to interact with.
