Getränke haben teilweise bis zu 30 Minuten gedauert, die erste Essensbestellung war falsch gebracht, die Speisen sind klein dafür teuer. Klare Entscheidung nicht mehr hier hinzugehen. Underground service bad, completely overwhelmed and poorly organized, staff obviously not or poorly trained. Some drinks took up to 30 minutes, the first meal order was wrong, the food is small expensive. Clear decision not to go here anymore.
C	Conny Bauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als Location ist die Unfassbar in Wolkersdorf mit dem Kellergewölbe ja ganz gut, wobei ich schon sagen muss, dass es wirklich zu kalt im Keller war (mir ist schon klar, dass man in einem ehemaligen Weinkeller keine Kuscheltemperturen erwarten darf, aber mit der Jacke den ganzen Abend sitzen zu müssen auf Holzsessel, wo es zu wenig Sitzpolster gibt ist echt nicht notwendig...). Oben, wo es warm war, war die Luft aufgrund des Zigarettenrauchs dafür zum Schneiden... Wenn jemand die Location mieten will, dann am besten ein eigenes Catering mitbringen, denn das Service und die Speisen waren UNFASSBAR schlecht. Wir mussten eine halbe Stunde auf die Getränke warten, die Speisenauswahl war mikrig und die Bezeichnung "Heuriger" absolut nicht wert. Auch die Portionsgröße war etwas bescheiden (zu einem Antipastiteller gab's vier dünne Scheiben französiches Baguette, kein Brot oder so). Die überbackenen Brote für 6€ waren angeblich geschmacklich ok, aber ebenfalls sehr klein. Dann gab's noch einen Bohneneintopf der an Mensa-Essen erinnerte. Das Personal war total überfordert und kam nicht nach. Kurz gesagt: Einmal und nie wieder! As a location, the unbelievable in Wolkersdorf with the basement vault is quite good, although I must say that it was really too cold in the basement (I realize that in a former wine cellar no cuddly tempers may expect, but with the jacket the Sitting on wooden armchairs all night, where there is too little seat pad is really not necessary ...). Upstairs, where it was warm, the air was made to cut because of cigarette smoke ... If someone wants to rent the location, it's best to bring their own catering, because the service and food were INCREDIBLY bad. We had to wait for half an hour for the drinks, the food selection was micro and the name "Heuriger" absolutely not worth it. The portion size was a bit modest (there were four thin slices of French baguette to an antipasti dish, no bread or something). The baked bread for 6 € were supposedly tasteful ok, but also very small. Then there was a bean stew reminiscent of Mensa food. The staff was totally overwhelmed and did not comply. In short: once and never again!
