Not the cheapest Heuriger you can find, but it has good food and, what's more important, good wine. Edit: Unfortunately it seems that this Heuriger has become a political platform for parties I do not necessarily approve of (both, the parties they host events for and the fact that they actually do it at all) Too bad for this otherwise nice place...
N	Natalia Barski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heuriger in the heart of old Ottakring. Definitely not a tourist trap. Food was great, staff at the counter was very helpful and super friendly. The service at the table was very hard to "flag down". We initially wanted to order warm dishes,. But since table service was virtually nonexistent, we opted for the food available at the counter. We also had some "dry spells" when the wine ran out, which should definitely not happen at a Heuriger.

You need to understand some German, though, because the menu is in German only, and not all the staff speak English. I had pork with sauerkraut, a bread dumpling, pickles, and also tried the blood sausage. All were great and gave me a taste of good traditional Austrian dishes

My husband and I visited October 2019 and gave birth to this gorgeous boy Everett (a Germanic name) 9 months later. The food and wine apparently worked magic for us ??? 5 stars, 10/10 recommend
