Unfortunately, absolutely no cleanliness at the chimney sweep, entire basement room with soot, sometimes dirty almost millimeters high!

S	Showdown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muss ehrlich sagen seit dem die Fa. Fröch alles bei uns macht ist es nur noch komplizierter und vor allem teurer geworden! 1. Bekam ich einen Brief wo drauf stand ihre Gastherme gehört angesehen "natürlich können das auch wir machen" ich denk mir ja warum nicht!? 2. Kommt der Typ stellt bei mir einen Mangel fest und haut wieder ab. Es wird nix repariert oder sonst was. Bezahlen muss ich is klar. 3. Muss ich jetzt wieder wen anrufen der den Mangel behebt und den ganzen Kram der Firma Fröch schicken das, dass dann Repariert wurde?? Den muss ich natürlich auch bezahlen!! Also.. Wenn die Firma Fröch in allen Wohnungen alles machen will dann sollten sie gefälligst auch alles machen !! Ich weiß das ich bei dieser Firma nix mehr machen lasse und das solltet ihr auch nicht! Have to say honestly since Fröch has been doing everything with us, it has only become more complicated and, above all, more expensive! 1. I got a letter with the name of your gas boiler on it. "Of course we can do that too" I think why not !? 2. If the guy comes along, I find a defect and runs away. Nothing is repaired or anything. I have to pay is clear. 3. Do I have to call someone who fixes the defect and send all the stuff to the Fröch company that was then repaired? Of course I have to pay that too !! So.. If the company Fröch in all apartments want to do everything then they should please do everything !! I know that I will not do anything more with this company and neither should you!
M	Margit Winkler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In unserem Mehrparteienhaus werden die Kamine 3 mal im Jahr gekehrt. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett. Die Arbeiten leider nicht ordentlich. Aber ganz schlimm ist es, wenn man Auskünfte braucht. Ewig in der Leitung, dann kommt man zu einer Dame, die einem leider nicht weiter helfen kann, weil sie scheinbar keine Befugnis oder keine Ahnung davon hat und wird man endlich vom Chef zurück gerufen, dann merkt man sofort, dass der Herr nur gereizt ist und einem ständig unterbricht. Fehler seinerseits, kann und will er nicht eingestehen. Ich kann dieses Unternehmen auf gar keinen Fall weiter empfehlen. In our apartment building, the chimneys are swept 3 times a year. The staff are nice. Unfortunately, the work is not done properly. But it's really bad when you need information. Forever on the line, then you come to a lady who, unfortunately, cannot help you further because she apparently has no authority or no idea about it and when you are finally called back by the boss, you immediately notice that the gentleman is just irritated and interrupts you all the time. He cannot and does not want to admit mistakes on his part. There is no way I can recommend this company to anyone.
