★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe über den Tag verteilt länger als 1 Stunde am Telefon in der Warteschleife verbracht, war laut Band immer die 'erste in der Schleife'. Bekam aber trotzdem niemanden ans Telefon. Schade.
During the day I spent more than 1 hour on the phone on hold and, according to the band, was always the 'first on the loop'. But still got nobody on the phone. Too bad.

I took my bike to get a new lamp mounted in the front. Was accepted immediately and in the afternoon I was able to pick up my bike again. Top service, great service staff. And then the price too, perfect. Thank you very much ?

Well-stocked shop where you can get a bargain or two. Very friendly staff. Everything from mountain bikes to outdoor clothes.

The advice (Tobias) for touring skis, bindings plus accessories was great, not only were looking for more options, but customer requests were also taken into account. They took time to find the right thing, tips were given as an admission. CLASS !!! as it should be ...
