Das Auto war bereits startklar und fast neu. Über mögliche Zusatzleistungen wurde gut informiert. Auch die Rückgabe verlief einwandfrei. I borrowed the car over the weekend. Booked through a comparison platform. The lady on site was extremely friendly and accommodating. The car was ready to go and almost new. Good information was provided about possible additional services. The return was also flawless.

Nie wieder. Diese Hertz-Filiale liegt verkehrstechnisch gut gelegen in der Josefstraße. Die Reservierung über Internet ist einfach und klappt problemlos, das Prozedere vor Ort schnell und unkompliziert, die Inhaberin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ohne Kreditkarte läuft aber gar nix, und der Einkaufsrahmen sollte auch groß genug sein: 1.000(!!) Euro werden als Kaution auf der Karte blockiert! Fazit: ich hab mich hier gut bedient gefühlt und komme bei nächster Gelegenheit gerne wieder. So far, I've only had the pleasure of being a customer of a car rental company on vacation.
