Eigentlich hätte ich gerne mein Geld zurück, aber ich mag nicht nochmal mit diesen Leuten reden (und nochmal zwei Stunden Zeit investieren). Texte und Bilder wurden nur so hingefetzt, keine Kreativität. Sehr inkompetent und überhaupt nicht entgegenkommend, jeder Besuch kostet dich eine Menge Geld. Verträge/Abos werden angehängt, aus denen man nicht herauskommt. Bitte achten Sie, wem Sie Ihre Homepage anvertrauen! Verträge welche man gekündigt hat, einfordern, da nicht hinterlegt und Mitarbeiter von damals nicht mehr im Unternehmen ist. werde nun freiwillig den eingeforderten Betrag überweisen und möchte mit Herold NICHTS mehr zu tun haben. Ganz egal worum es geht, man wird NUR Abgezockt und Verarscht und wenn man nachfragt wird man auch noch dumm angemacht per Mail oder per Telefon. Ein Absoluter Wahnsinn dass solche Firmen am Freien Markt existieren können! Nichtmal Lastschriften auf´s Konto können die richtig einrichten. Geschweige denn Veträge richtig einbuchen. Vom Außendienst will ich garnicht erst Anfangen, wir hatten in 3 Jahren Vertragslaufzeit insgesamt glaub ich 29 verschiedene Außendienstmitarbeiter. Jeder davon erzählt einem was anderes und verspricht Dinge die nicht gehalten werden. Kein Wunder dass jeder nach wenigen Wochen wieder kündigt. Webseiten sind grenzenlos überteuert und einfach nur billig gemacht. Verträge sind knebel und Abzockerei. Schade, dass es soetwas geben darf! Complete rip off club.
