Die Arbeit wurde raschest und perfekt von kompetenten Arbeitern erledigt. I ordered a parquet floor from the Köppl company in Gratwein-Strassegel and had it installed. The work was done quickly and perfectly by competent workers.

Als Kunde der auf ethische Grundsetze vertraut wird man preislich Abgezockt. In unserem Fall wurden Produkte mit über 25% teurer den Listenpreis verkauft und sogar dementsprechend präsentiert, dass ein Rabatt gewährt wurde. ( Dies ist ein betrugerischer Verkaufsansatz). Ich, ein gutgläubiger Mensch welcher ein ehemaliger Mitarbeiter von Herold war, habe auf die moralisch korrekte Angebotslegung und auf eine würdige Partnerschaft vertraut welche ich als ehemaliger Mitarbeiter gekannt habe. Diese Methoden erwartet man von vielen Unternehmen , nicht jedoch von einem Traditionsunternehmen wie es der Herold ist. Ps. Wenn sie die Dreistigkeit haben dies bei mir, einem ehemaligen Mitarbeiter durchzuziehen, was geschieht dann bei einem Kunden welcher wirklich darauf Vertraut, dass die Person vor Ihm ein Kundenberater ist und kein „Provisionsgeier“ welcher jeden Cent nötig hat. Leider sind die menschlich und unternehmerisch langfristig agierenden Verkäufer und Manager ( Steiermark) nicht mehr im Unternehmen und dies spürt man leider auch als Kunde. -10 von 10 Punkten ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED. - Not to be recommended are the sellers who for sales of the same products quote different prices (even higher than the list prices). Zudem ist die Nachbetreuung wirklich schlecht. Selbst muss man sich bemühen, dass die Einträge passen! Es gibt andere Anbieter die den selben Service bieten und sich mehr einsetzen!! Ganz egal worum es geht, man wird NUR Abgezockt und Verarscht und wenn man nachfragt wird man auch noch dumm angemacht per Mail oder per Telefon. Ein Absoluter Wahnsinn dass solche Firmen am Freien Markt existieren können! Nichtmal Lastschriften auf´s Konto können die richtig einrichten. Geschweige denn Veträge richtig einbuchen. Vom Außendienst will ich garnicht erst Anfangen, wir hatten in 3 Jahren Vertragslaufzeit insgesamt glaub ich 29 verschiedene Außendienstmitarbeiter. Jeder davon erzählt einem was anderes und verspricht Dinge die nicht gehalten werden. Kein Wunder dass jeder nach wenigen Wochen wieder kündigt. Webseiten sind grenzenlos überteuert und einfach nur billig gemacht. Verträge sind knebel und Abzockerei. Schade, dass es soetwas geben darf! Complete rip off club. Not even direct debits can be set up correctly. Let alone book contracts correctly. Contracts are gags and rip-offs. Too bad there can be something like that!

Auf Kulanzanfrage wird man abgewimmelt, auch die Anfrage dies an einen Vorgesetzten, der etwas zu sagen hat weiter zu leiten, wird einfach ignoriert. Die angebliche Förderung haben wir natürlich auch nicht bekommen, die in der Kaufentscheidung aber entscheidend war. Ganz miese Abzocke und man sieht, daß es hier auch nur um Geldgier geht. Würde man Interesse daran haben den Kunden zu helfen würde man auch auf Kulanz mal entegegen kommen. Bin echt mega enttäuscht. Aber egal, so einen großen Konzern interessieren die paar Bewertungen eh nicht!!!! Absolut die Finger davon lassen!!! T	Thomas Fras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ih kann nur bestätigen das es sich um Knebelverträge handelt. mit dem Vertreter wurde vereinbart das der Vertrag nach 12 Monaten automatisch erlischt, heute weiß natürlich keiner etwas davon. Absolut unseriös. Man kann wirklich nur jedem raten sich die negativen Bewertungen genau anzusehen und ernst zu nehmen, den diese sind absolut zutreffend. Scheinbar handelt es sich hierbei um ein lukratives Geschäftsmodell. I can only confirm that these are gag contracts. it was agreed with the representative that the contract would automatically expire after 12 months, of course nobody knows anything about it today.
