★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als Mieter im HERO Kompetenzzentrum/Kemeten, kann ich Interessenten nur abraten.
Besonders ein Akade- miker ist dort sehr eigenartigen massiv und bewusst lärmerregenden Mietern ausgesetzt. Die Hausverwaltung FDH und INHABER HERO verhalten sich parteiisch und mobben. Mietrückstände gibt es nicht und spielen dabei keine Rolle. Keine gute Basis für ein erholsames Wohnklima...

An academic in particular is exposed to very strange massive and deliberately noisy tenants. The house management FDH and INHABER HERO are partisan and bully. There are no rental arrears and are irrelevant. Not a good basis for a relaxing living climate ...
