Angeblich muss das Teil getauscht werden und bestellt, ich werde angerufen. Bis heute 2 Monate später noch immer kein Anruf! Und bei der Gurt Fehler suche gesagt man plötzlich ob man noch 5 Minuten Zeit hat, die Rückholaktion wurde noch nicht getauscht! Aja... also habt ihr es beim Service dann anscheinend doch nicht gemacht! The service allegedly changed something due to a return campaign. 1 month later I have to go because my belt is constantly pissing. Apparently the part has to be exchanged and ordered, I will be called. Until today 2 months later still no call! And when searching for a seatbelt fault, you suddenly said if you still have 5 minutes, the return action has not yet been exchanged! Aja ... so apparently you didn't do it when it came to service!

Probefahrt ok. Kauf abgeschlossen ging alles reibungslos. Der Verkäufer war nett und hat alle Versprechungen eingehalten wie ein neues pickerl und Service zu machen bevor das auto ausgeliefert wird. Nach paar Monaten kamm ich wieder da paar mängel erschienen sind. Wurde alles auf garantie gemacht. Sehr nette kfz mechaniker sowie der mechaniker Chef. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Alles wird eingehalten was versprochen wird. Das nächste auto wird sicher wieder hier gekauft. Bought a Kia ceed in June. I reported by phone and arranged a test drive. When I arrived the car was ready for me. Test drive ok. Purchase completed everything went smoothly. The seller was nice and kept all his promises such as a new picker and service before the car is delivered. After a few months I came back as a few flaws appeared. Everything was done on guarantee. Very nice car mechanic as well as the mechanic boss. I can only recommend it. Everything is kept what is promised. The next car will definitely be bought here again.

Wurde sofort etwas neues zum Einbau angeboten mit Kostenvoranschlag von ca. € 2000,- die anderen, günstigeren Möglichkeiten, Öl auffüllen oder microschalter kontrollieren, wurden nicht mal in Erwägung gezogen. Not trying very hard. If something new was immediately offered for installation with a cost estimate of approx. € 2000, the other, cheaper options, topping up oil or checking the micro switch, were not even considered.
