★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider schlechte Erfahrung. Der Eigentümer und Team sind sehr beschäftigt mit Großaufträge und vergessen dabei, dass es auch Privatkunden gibt.
Ich warte leider noch immer auf einen Anruf für einen Einbautermin.
Wenn der Kunde die Zeit nicht Wert ist, dann sollte der Kunde es gesagt bekommen, dann kann der Kunde entscheiden ob sie wartet oder nicht.
Glücklich ging es hier um einen kleinen Auftrag welche wir genutzt haben uns für größere Aufträge zu entscheiden.

If the customer is not worth the time, then the customer should be told, then the customer can decide whether to wait or not.
Fortunately, it was about a small order which we used to decide on larger orders.
Pity!
