★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to Start? With the fact they that took on an assignment to a destination they had no experience in and blamed their mistakes on their agent? Or when they refused to pay the extra cost that came with that mistake which required me to travel to a different city? The container was late in arriving to the port of entry by 2 weeks, no explanation provided! They could not comprehend that I am their customer and not that of their subcontractor which they kept refereeing me to for every query! If you are looking for a hassle free shipment do not use them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two thumbs up for HERBER HAUSNER SÜD-OST. They have delivered two shipments to our place in Vienna in the past couple of weeks and have done a fantastic job. They are by far the best movers we have used so far: reliable, careful, quick, responsive, and pleasant to work with. Not too mention that all crew members spoke good English, which made communication very easy for us. I highly recommend them.

Contract price is a lot higher than my budget considering I moved only less than 10 km away in the same city and I still had to do packing myself, but I do have a lot of stuff and quite an uncountable number of China sets, a piano, large paintings and heavy solid wood furniture from Asia. The staff are courteous, efficient, fast worker, punctual, have good team spirit and very helpful at my old and new apt. Most importantly they speak excellent English! Overall, I am quite satisfied with their service. I suggest just invite them for a survey and get a quotation!
