Überdies habe ich Urkundenmappen mit einem Sonderwunsch in Auftrag gegeben. Obwohl diese nicht lagernd waren und vom herstellenden Subunternehmen eine Lieferzeit von ein bis zwei Monaten avisiert wurde, ist es Frau Natter und ihrem Team durch vollen Einsatz gelungen, diese binnen 14 Tagen zu organisieren und zuzustellen. Eine längere Lieferzeit hätte aufgrund des bevorstehenden Ehrungstermins ein großes Problem dargestellt. Die Ehrenurkunde ist wirklich wunderschön geworden und bringt in ihrer Gestaltung die Bedeutung der Ehrung voll zum Ausdruck. Genauso individuell und besonders bemüht wie Frau Natter und Familie Watzenegger Urkunden herstellen, ist auch die Betreuung ihrer Kunden. Besonders diese hat - in Anbetracht meines "Mappenproblems" - meine Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Ich kann dieses Atelier in jeder Hinsicht nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und bedanken mich noch einmal für die tolle Kundenbetreuung! I had a certificate of honor made by Ms. Karin Natter and Fam. Erika and Georg Watzenegger from the Heraldry Atelier. Moreover, I have ordered document folders with a special request. Although these were not in stock and the subcontracting company was advised of a delivery time of one to two months, Ms. Natter and her team were able to fully organize and deliver them within 14 days. A longer delivery time would have presented a big problem due to the upcoming ceremony. The honorary certificate has become really beautiful and in its design fully expresses the importance of the award. Just as individually and as hard as Mrs. Natter and family Watzenegger produce certificates, is also the care of their customers. Especially this has - in view of my "portfolio problem" - exceeded my expectations by far. I can highly recommend this studio in every way and thank you again for the great customer service!

Nicht nur haben sie alle unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen, das Wappen wurde schnell und ohne Probleme entworfen und hergestellt. Zu dem ganzen kommt, das unsere Familie im Ausland wohnt und dass wir alles per E-mail lösen mussten. Das war aber auch in keiner weise ein Hinderniss und wir haben stehts schnelle Antworten bekommen. Unglaubliches Service und Hilfestellung bei allen Informationen, Grundsätze der Wappenerstellung, Eintragung etc. Einfach eine perfekte Beratung! Frau Natter und Ihr Vater sind sowohl per E-Mail als auch telefonisch zu erreichen und helfen bzw. unterstützen einem bei jedem Anliegen sofort. Sehr sympathische, freundliche Menschen.Zudem ist die handwerkliche Ausführung des Wappens exzellent.
