Die Dame zeigte sich als äußerst kompetent und empfahl mir eine deckende Grundierung mit anschließendem Auftragen der Lasur. Ich befolgt den Ratschlag und alles passt wieder exakt zum Rest des Hauses. Ich sage nur: Vielen Dank! Freundliche und gut beratende Mitarbeiter sind immer gesucht. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Since a window painting urgently needed to be renewed and the matching color glaze (light oak) was not available, I asked for advice there. An jenem Tag jedoch bin ich leider an einen äußerst arrogant erscheinenden Verkäufer gelangt. Zum Vorfall: Gegen 9:00 Uhr habe ich meinen BMW Z4 auf dem Parkplatz - vom Geschäftslokal aus gut einsehbar- abgestellt. Sodann habe ich das zum Zeitpunkt leere Henelit Geschäft mit der Absicht einen Lackstift für die Alufelgen meines Autos anmischen zu lassen betreten. Die normale Abwicklung wäre gewesen, dass man freundlich grüßt, mit einem Farbfächer gemeinsam mit dem Kunden zum KFZ geht und innerhalb weniger Minuten das best passende Silber zum bestehenden Lack gemeinsam heraussucht. (Dauer in der Regel: <15 Minuten) Dieser Verkäufer war aber der Meinung, dass die Felge im Geschäft verbleiben muss da dieses Prozedere viel Zeit in Anspruch nehmen würde und wenn er diese in Rechnung stelle, ich den Lackstift sowieso nicht zahlen könne... - Gut, dass es in Lienz derart kompetente Personen gibt, die anhand eines Blickes die liquidären Mittel eines Kunden genau einschätzen können. Nostradamus wäre stolz. Als er dann noch hörte, dass es sich um einen damals speziell für mich angemischten Farbton handelt den es so kein zweites Mal gibt gab er dann noch zu verstehen, dass er das nicht machen möchte und ich zum Lackierer gehen solle wo ich diese 2 teiligen BBS Felgen aufbereiten habe lassen. -Hier ist noch der Kunde König. Zumindest solange man keine speziellen Wünsche hat. Aber kein Problem. Es gibt genügend kompetente Lackierer die den Farbton schnell und effizient treffen. Ich wünsche dem Unternehmen jedenfalls einen guten Fortbestand ohne Kunden, die sehrwohl über die liquiden Mittel verfügen, Lackstifte speziell passend anfertigen zu lassen.
