S	Sophie Linecker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steintreppe wurde qualitativ schlecht verlegt und die Verfugung sieht aus als hätte man sich mit 2 linken Händen selbst dran versucht. Nach knapp 1 Jahr ist dann auch noch eine Stufentreppe gebrochen. Bei Reklamation bekommt man dann zu hören: 'so schlecht is eh ned und da könn ma jetzt auch nix mehr machen' und man muss sich selbst direkt mit dem Verleger abstimmen um eine Einigung zu finden, anstelle das sich Fa. Schlatzer selbst darum kümmert, wie das eigentlich bei einer Reklamation üblich sein sollte. Die Fliesenleger haben saubere Arbeit geleistet, allerdings wurde ausgerechnet bei den teuren Holzoptikfliesen die falsche Fugen- und Silikonfarbe verwendet. Und unsere Reklamation wurde auch hier mit 'da kann man jetzt nichts mehr machen' abgetan, anstelle sich um eine Lösung zu kümmern. Dieser Umgang mit Kunden ist schlichtweg eine Katastrophe. The tilers did a neat job, but the wrong joint and silicone color was used for the expensive wood-look tiles. And here, too, our complaint was dismissed with 'there is nothing left to be done' instead of looking for a solution. This way of dealing with customers is simply a disaster.

Mit "und was wollen Sie?", möchte ich als Kunde wirklich nicht angesprochen werden und noch dazu in diesem herablassenden Ton. Die Dame hat meiner Meinung in der Beratung nichts verloren. Wir kaufen unsere Fliesen wo anders! Danke!!! I have rarely experienced such unfriendly advice. As a customer, I really don't want to be addressed with "and what do you want?" And in this condescending tone. In my opinion, the lady has no place in the consultation. We buy our tiles somewhere else! Thank you!!!
