★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very beautiful historical place. One can learn a lot about the history of Austria in general and the price is included from the Salzburg Karte. It was a great experience to visit this place we learned a lot. The ancient Architecture is so beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most beautiful christmas market in Salzburg. Wonderful for kids, with a part only for them with animals. We visited a night so the ambiance was quite special and all the nights shining. Loved also the representation of the Krampus. Well done, so so magical and beautiful. What a blast!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located outside of the heart of Salzburg, you need to take the public bus 25 for about 30 minutes to reach here, the Hellbrunn Christmas market is probably my top Christmas markets to visit in Salzburg.
It's less crowded with many different stalls, and feels more magical with its light displays and the different exhibits other than just the stalls. Its gardens are converted to displays that come alive during the night and highly recommend to visit after the sun sets.
The food here are amazing, love the fish soup sold by one of the stalls. Everything feels romantic here and really enjoyed our time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved this Christmas market! I honestly went only for Krampus parade but I had a blast doing that alone. The market itself is a pretty good size and invites visitors to spend time browsing a wonderful array of goodies and gifts for the holiday season. There's even a whole little forested section with playhouses for kids and a petting zoo.
I didn't get to the actual zoo portion but I don't see why families couldn't make a whole day of this by doing this zoo then the market later.
