M	Martha Thurner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie wieder dieser Shop.Ich habe mehrere Produkte dieser Firma gekauft.Bis dann ein Rollo kaputt wurde.Was ja an sich kein Problem waere.Das Problem war dann der Kundendienst in Bruneck.Die Mitarbeiter waren unfreundlich, unverschaemt,unzuverlaesslich und alles andere als Kundenorientiert. Haette ich auf einen Hella Mitarbeiter gewartet wuerde ich wohl die naechsten Monate in einer dunklen Wohnung sitzen.Alles was fuer Hella zaehlt ist so viel wie moeglich zu verkaufen.Hella.....nein danke Never again this Shop.Ich bought several products of this company.Bis then a roller blind was broken.Was yes no problem would be. The problem was then the customer service in Bruneck. The staff were rude, outrageous, unreliable and anything but customer-oriented , If I had waited for a Hella employee, I would probably spend the next few months in a dark apartment. Everything that Hella counts for is as much as possible for sale. Hello ..... no thanks

Ich besitze selbst eine Markise und mehrere Rollos von HELLA und hatte persönlich bisher weder bei der Montage noch mit den Produkten irgendwelche Probleme! Absolut empfehlenswert!! I am very happy with HELLA! Both as an employer and as a service provider. I own an awning and several blinds from HELLA and personally have had no problems with the assembly or with the products! Highly Recommended!!
R	Rudolf Ertl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie wieder Hella! Bei meiner 2-teiligen Wi.Ga.Beschattung war bei einem Teil ein Zuggurt gerissen. Der 2.Teil war völlig OK. Ich bestellte den Reparaturdienst der Außenstelle Klagenfurt. Doch an Stelle diesen Gurt zu erneuern, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass eine Reparatur nicht mehr möglich sei und die gesamte Anlage erneuert werden müsse und ich erhielt daraufhin ein Angebot für eine Neuanlage. Nach dem Entfernen der Hella-Monteure von der Baustelle bewegte sich der 2. Teil aber auch nicht mehr. Ich holte daraufhin eine andere diesbezügliche Fachfirma, und siehe da, der gerissene Gurt war in kurzer Zeit erneuert. Eine Nachschau beim 2.Teil brachte zu Tage, dass der Motor mit einem kleinen, von außen eingebrachten Gegenstand blockiert worden ist. Es sollte offenbar die Unfunktionalität der gesamten Anlage demonstriert werden. Und der Gipfelpunkt bestand darin, dass die Firma Hella mir für diesen Einsatz noch eine Rechnung zukommen ließ. Hat man noch Worte? Die Firma Hella wird nie mehr mein Haus betreten! Never Hella again! In my 2-part Wi.Ga.shade, a tension belt was torn in one part. The second part was completely OK. I ordered the repair service from the Klagenfurt branch. But instead of replacing this belt, I was informed that a repair was no longer possible and the entire system had to be replaced and I was then given an offer for a new system. After removing the Hella fitters from the construction site, the second part also stopped moving. I then brought in another specialist company and, lo and behold, the broken belt was replaced in a short time. A look at the second part revealed that the engine was blocked with a small object brought in from the outside. The non-functionality of the entire system should obviously be demonstrated. And the high point was that the Hella company sent me an invoice for this assignment. Do you still have words? The Hella company will never enter my house again!
K	Kathrin Suntinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unser zuständiger Kundenbetreuer von der Firma Hella (Raum Lienz) hat sich telefonisch nie gemeldet und auch zurückrufen ist scheinbar schwierig! Wir hatten einpaar Fragen bezüglich der bestellten Ware, aber das interessiert vermutlich keinen! Hauptsache das Geld fließt! Auch die Monteure waren sehr "schusselig" und wirkten gestresst und leicht genervt! Die Monteure hinterließen auch einpaar Schäden, das meiner Meinung nicht sein muss und der Kundenservice ist auch nicht angemessen! Die nächsten Jalousien werden nicht mehr über die Firma Hella bestellt! Our responsible customer service representative from the company Hella (Lienz) has never answered by phone and also call back is apparently difficult!
