B	Bau Herr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guter Verkäufer, der viel verspricht aber wenig hält. Fehler durch den Bauträger bzw. durch den Generalunternehmer werden am Rücken der Käufer ausgetragen. Betreffend der Mängelbehebung wird viel beschwichtigt und wenig getan, es wirkt als würde man versuchen die Käufer zu zermürben um so wenig wie möglich tun zu müssen. Sämtliche Mängelbehebungen sind von mangelnder Qualität. Good seller who promises a lot but does little. Errors by the developer or by the general contractor are carried out on the back of the buyer. Much is appeased and little is done about correcting the defect, it seems like trying to wear down the buyer in order to do as little as possible. All defect corrections are of poor quality.

Die Bauweise ist robust und hochwertig, einzelne Mängel, die bei einem Bauvorhaben selten ganz vermeidbar sind, wurden fachmännisch und für uns ohne Kosten behoben. Herr Lipa zeigt Leidenschaft für gute Qualität zum fairen Preis und für Kundenzufriedenheit, dabei stellt er auch an sich selbst hohe Ansprüche. Wir haben mit ihm bis heute ein exzellentes Einvernehmen und würden wieder mit ihm zusammenarbeiten! We recently started living in our new home and are extremely satisfied all round. The purchase was carried out before construction began on the basis of the plans, the contract processing was transparent and serious. We were also able to make numerous changes and special requests, so Mr. Lipa supported us and advised us well. The construction is robust and of high quality, individual defects, which are rarely completely avoidable in a building project, were professionally repaired and for us at no cost. Mr. Lipa shows a passion for good quality at a fair price and for customer satisfaction, and he also places high demands on himself. We have an excellent understanding with him to this day and would work with him again!
