X	Xi Berger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht zu empfehlen - starke Defizite in Organisation und Kommunikation. Details: einen Rundflug gebucht, Uhrzeit laut Gutschein "9h - 10h", "Flug Nord". Um 08.45h eingetroffen. Von den anwesenden Herrschaften hatte keiner einen Plan. Nach diversen Rücksprachen wurde der Rundflug auf 10h verschoben. Um 10h eingetroffen, mein gebuchter "Flug Nord" wurde kurzerhand in "Süd" zwangsgewandelt - nur 1 Hubschrauber da, aber gleichzeitig Nord und Süd Touren angeboten... ? Hubschrauber da, aber es war plötzlich ein "Check Flug" notwendig - warum der "Check Flug" nicht vorher (vor 9h ?) durchgeführt werden konnte, bleibt ein Geheimnis des "Desorganisations-Teams". 10h15: Ende des Check Flugs, Ergebnis: Headsets müssen getauscht werden. 10h30: Headsets getauscht. Plötzliche Feststellung: oh, da ist auf dem Kopilotensitz ja noch die Flug Pedalerie installiert - wurde mit einigen Schwierigkeiten (und mit Hilfe des Austro Control Prüfers) abgebaut. 10h40: Passagiere da, Pilot aber in der Zwischenzeit verloren und nicht mehr aufzutreiben - Toilette ? Frühstück ? Meditation ? Nichts Genaues weiß man nicht 11h: Pilot wieder aufgetaucht. 11h08: Abheben zum 15min Rundflug. Definitiv und absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Keine Entschuldigung. Kein Entgegenkommen durch z.B. Verlängern des 15min Flugs auf 20+min. Nie mehr wieder. Not recommended - strong deficits in organization and communication. Details: booked a sightseeing flight, time according to voucher "9h - 10h", "flight north". Arrived at 08.45h. None of the present gentlemen had a plan. After various consultations, the sightseeing flight was postponed to 10 hours. Arrived at 10h, my booked "Flight North" was forcefully converted into "South" - only 1 helicopter there, but at the same time North and South tours offered ...? Helicopter there, but suddenly a "check flight" was necessary - why the "check flight" could not be done before (before 9h?) Remains a mystery of the "disorganization team". 10h15: End of the check flight, Result: Headsets have to be exchanged. 10h30: Headsets exchanged. Sudden statement: oh, there is still the flight pedals installed on the Kopilotensitz - was dismantled with some difficulty (and with the help of the Austro Control Tester). 10h40: Passengers there, pilot but lost in the meantime and no more to raise - toilet? Breakfast ? Meditation? You do not know anything specific 11h: Pilot reappeared. 11h08: Take off for the 15min sightseeing flight. Definitely and absolutely not recommended. No apology. No accommodating by e.g. Extend the 15min flight to 20 + min. Never again.
