Meiner Meinung nach ein begnadeter Koch, der sich weit unter Wert verkauft. HAUSMANNSKOST ist seine Stärke. Da schmeckt das Schnitzel fast besser als daheim. Wenn er Wildgerichte hat kommt seine feine Zunge aber erst richtig zur Geltung. In meinem Freundeskreis gelten sie als legendär. Buffets und Co sind preiswert und vielfältig. Vor allem gibt es immer wieder Themenbuffets wie Stockfleisch, Surbuffet, Jagabuffet und ähnliches. An seinen Päarchenabenden isst man zu zweit zum Preis von einem. Wir haben sogar unser Hochzeitscatering von ihm machen lassen und sind vom Spanferkel bis zu 2 veganen Speisen gut und günstig gefahren. A real village inn where it is always worth asking what Hellfried still has, apart from the card dishes. In my opinion, a gifted chef who sells well below value. HAUSMANSKOST is his strength. The schnitzel tastes almost better than at home. If he has game dishes, his fine tongue really comes into its own. In my circle of friends they are considered legendary. Buffets and Co are inexpensive and varied. Above all, there are always themed buffets such as stick meat, sur buffet, jagabuffet and the like. On his couples evenings, two people eat for the price of one. We even had our wedding catering done by him and drove from suckling pig to 2 vegan dishes well and cheaply.
