★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe seit 2. Juni mehrmals per Email wegen Kostenvoranschlag für eine Kellerplatte + Nebengebäude im Waldviertel angefragt und auch die mir vorliegenden Unterlagen beigelegt. Ich hatte auch mind. 2x tel. Kontakt mit der Mitarbeiterin. Bis heute (26.9.2020) wurde ich nur vertröstet, bzw. wurde meine schriftliche Anfrage nicht beantwortet.
Schade um die (Warte)zeit - es geht nämlich auch anders: habe binnen einer Woche! mit denselben Unterlagen einen KV von einem Bauunternehmer erhalten, der mich als Kundin ernst nimmt. Wenn man einen Auftrag nicht annehmen will oder kann, dann sollte man das als KUNDE erfahren.
Since June 2nd I have emailed several times for a cost estimate for a basement slab + ancillary building in the Waldviertel and have also enclosed the documents that I have. I also had at least 2x tel. Contact with the employee. Until today (September 26th, 2020) I was only put off or my written question was not answered.
It's a shame about the (waiting) time - there is another way: have within a week! with the same documents received a KV from a building contractor who takes me seriously as a customer. If you do not want to or cannot accept an order, then you should find out as a CUSTOMER.
