Es ist eine Sache von 2 Minuten sich eine Angelkarte für das Gewässer zu besorgen, an dem man angeln möchte. Dennoch ziehe ich einen Stern ab, da ich iOS nutze und die App nicht vollkommen ausgereift ist. Teilweise kann man nicht bezahlen und erhält keine Angelkarte. Wenn der Fall Eintritt muss erst der Browser geöffnet werden und man begleicht seine Rechnung in der Browser Version. Die Variante klappt sehr gut, ist aber nervig, wenn man sich zuvor in der App sein Gewässer rausgesucht hat und den Kauf nicht abschließen kann... Also alles in allem: Browser Version top, iOS Nutzer sollten aber die Finger von der App lassen. There are fishing permits for quite a lot of waters, which is positive in any case! Es ist fast schon ein muss als Angler dabei zu sein. Sehr Kundenfreundlich, E-Mails werden auch umgehend bearbeitet. Danke für euren tollen Service, Frau Gangl macht auch einen Super Job. I have to say, I'm really glad that Hejfish exists. Super uncomplicated processing, fishing license immediately is also great and saves a lot of time. It is almost a must as an angler. Wenn man den Gutscheincode Falsch eingibt wird man nicht darüber informiert sondern ohne Gutschein einfach angemeldet. Der Betrag wird dann vom Support nicht mehr gutgeschrieben obwohl der Sachbearbeiter sehen kann, dass es nur ein Tippfehler war. Die Gutscheine werden zur promotion verwendet und mit solchen Tricks sparen die Unternehmen sich viel Geld. Attention Hejfisch uses a known voucher trap. If you enter the voucher code incorrectly, you will not be informed about it but simply registered without a voucher. The amount will then no longer be credited by the support, although the clerk can see that it was just a typo. The vouchers are used for promotion and with such tricks the companies save a lot of money.

Zusätzliche Anmerkung, der Kauf von Angelkarten für Freunde ist auf der Homepage von hejfish schlecht beschrieben und funktioniert nicht wie beschrieben. Die Telefonnummer von hejfish ist permanent besetzt, ich vermute, man will keinen telefonischen Kontakt. As a long-standing customer, I have repeatedly experienced that emails to hejfish asking questions about ticket purchases are not answered. Additional note, buying fishing permits for friends is poorly described on hejfish's homepage and does not work as described. The hejfish phone number is permanently busy, I assume they don't want to be contacted by phone.
