★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Würde gerne null Sterne vergeben: Die Heizung funktionierte nicht obwohl zwei Mal (!) angefordert und gekommen. Jedes Mal den vollen Tarif verlangt, keine Garantie oder Gewährleistung trotz mehrmaligen telefonischen Verhandlungen. Erst die Reparatur durch andere Personen war erfolgreich. :(
Would like to give zero stars: The heating did not work although two times (!) Requested and came. Requires the full tariff every time, no guarantee or warranty despite repeated telephone negotiations. Only the repair by other people was successful. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Fa. Koller hat bei uns die Heizung/Brenner repariert und wieder in Betrieb genommen. Schneller Service, ausgezeichnete Beratung. Jederzeit gerne wieder (natürlich nur wenn notwendig) !
The Koller company repaired the heater / burner and put it back into operation. Fast service, excellent advice. Anytime again (of course only if necessary)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundlich und zuverlässig, unglaublich bemüht und zuvorkommend- der Seniorchef des Unternehmens ist ein Meister der alten Handwerkerschule: professionell, konzentriert, erfahren, behutsam... ich bin dankbar und angetan, dass er als meine letzte und große Rettung (habe viiiieeeele Heizungsunternehmen angefragt... Aufgrund von Feiertagen und der beginnenden Heizsaison hatte keiner Zeit oder das notwendige Know-how) so schnell bis ins mittlere Burgenland herauf kam und unsere Heizung prompt wieder auf Vordermann gebracht hat. 5 Punkte... Und ein 6. für die Freundlichkeit ?
Friendly and reliable, incredibly hard-working and courteous - the senior boss of the company is a master of the old craft school: professional, focused, experienced, cautious ... I am grateful and impressed that he is my last and greatest salvation (I asked a lot of heating companies. .. Due to public holidays and the beginning of the heating season, nobody had the time or the necessary know-how) came up to central Burgenland so quickly and promptly brought our heating back into shape. 5 points ... And a 6th for the friendliness ?
