Leider wurde die Reklamation nicht angenommen, obwohl ich noch in den 24 Monaten Gewährleistung lag. Für mich hat sich PEPE-Jeans wegen mangelnder Qalität und vor allem Heinz-Jeans für die Art wie man mich abgefertigt hat, für immer erledigt.
I bought a PEPE jeans for Euro 100, - in 2017. This is torn along the back pocket. Clearly a material defect. Unfortunately, the complaint was not accepted, although I was still in the 24 months warranty. For me, PEPE-Jeans has done for lack of quality and especially Heinz-jeans for the way I was handled, forever.
