Mit der guten und freundlichen Beratung habe ich das perfekte Holz für die Hochbeete bekommen und die Frau Mama freut sich, dass sie sich nicht mehr so viel bücken muss. Klare Empfehlung! :) I love wood on the terrace and in the garden! I especially like the larch wood because it "ages" beautifully. With the good and friendly advice I received, I got the perfect wood for the raised beds and the mother is happy that she no longer has to bend down so much. Clear recommendation! :)

So konnten wir zum ursprünglich angefragten noch ein zusätzliches Terrassenprojekt umsetzen, womit wir heuer wirklich nicht gerechnet hätten. Rundherum zufrieden und eine Empfehlung wert!! Good and fast advice, uncomplicated communication and, given the current conditions in the wood industry, an unbeatable price! So we were able to implement an additional terrace project to the originally requested, which we really would not have expected this year. All around satisfied and worth a recommendation!

Sie wollte einen Kostenvoranschlag für die Bretter eines Dachvorsprungs. Nachdem der Geschäftsführer(?) nach mehrmaligen Erklären nicht verstanden hat was sie eigentlich wollte, wurde sie regelrecht angeschrien mit den Worten "na wenn sie ned wissen was wollen kann ich ihnen a ned helfen" es kann ja nicht so schwer sein den preis für 30 m2 Bretter zu berechnen als Holzhändler. wir werden diesen Holzhandel sicherlich nicht mehr aufsuchen und werden ihn auch keinesfalls weiterempfehlen!! extremely unfriendly behavior! my wife called me tearfully and told me about the incident at Tretter's. She wanted an estimate for a roof overhang. After the managing director (?) Did not understand what she actually wanted after several explanations, she was literally yelled at with the words "well if you don't know what you want, I can help you" It can't be that difficult to calculate the price for 30 m2 of boards as a timber dealer. we will certainly not visit this timber trade again and will definitely not recommend it to anyone !!
