G	Guenter Pirklbauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unkomplizierte Abwicklung (bis auf die Tatsache, dass wir wie beschrieben vor dem geschlossenen Tor gestanden sind und uns den Code vom Hotel abholen mussten —> diese Info wäre nützlich gewesen), sehr gepflegter Parkplatz, alles in Summe sehr empfehlenswert Very uncomplicated processing (except for the fact that we stood in front of the closed gate as described and had to pick up the code from the hotel -> this information would have been useful), very well-kept parking lot, all in all highly recommended

Ankunftszeit vorab bekannt geben und bei der Anfahrt ca 30 Minuten vor der tatsächlichen Ankunft mit Heinparking telefonieren. Taxi steht bei Ankunft vor dem Tor. Das Navi findet den Parkplatz problemlos. We have been parking there for years and are thrilled to order in good time by email and pay in advance. Documents also come by email. Announce your arrival time in advance and call Heinparking about 30 minutes before your actual arrival. Taxi stands in front of the gate on arrival. The GPS finds the parking lot without any problems.

Lights should stay on a bit longer since a car must take its time after a long time of not being used. Movement set them on again which was good. Fair rates.

No organisation and terrible explanations. I was sent that I should have payed for airport trasfer the very landing day. Not even excuses received. Avoid.
